When you visit our website sciara.de website , the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file . The following information is recorded without any action on your part and stored until it is automatically deleted :

With the following information we inform you about the contents of of our participant registration (and the associated newsletterregistration) as well as the registration, dispatch and statistical evaluation procedure as well as your rights of objection. By registering, you agree to receive the newsletter and the procedures described.

Content of the newsletter
We send newsletters, E-e-mails and other electronic notifications with advertising information (hereinafter “newsletter”) only with the consent of the recipient or legal permission. If the contents of the newsletter are specifically described when registering for the newsletter they are decisive for the user ‘ s consent. The email addresses registered and newsletter recipients, as well as their other data in this notice stored on SendinBlue’s servers in Europe. Registration data
To register for the newsletter, all you need to do is enter your e-mail address. Optionally, we ask you to enter your first and last name. This information is only used to personalize the newsletter.

Statistical collection and analysis
The newsletters contain a so-called “web-beacon”, i.e. a pixel-sized file that is retrieved from SendinBlue server when the newsletter is opened. As part of this retrieval, technical information, such as information about the browser and your system, as well as IP address and time of retrieval are collected. This information is used for the technical improvement of the services based on the technical data or the target groups and your reading behavior based on their retrieval locations (which can be determined with the help of the IP address) or the access times.

The statistical surveys also include determining whether the newsletters are opened, when they are opened and which links are clicked. This information can be technical reasons , this information can be assigned to the individual newsletter recipients. However, it is neither our endeavor nor that of SendinBlue to observe individual users. The evaluations serve us much more to recognize the reading habits of our users and to adapt our content to you or to send different content according to the interests of our users.

Online access and data management
There are cases in which we direct newsletter recipients to the websites of SendinBlue. For example, our newsletters contain a link with which the newsletter recipients can access the newsletters online (e.g. in the event of display problems in the email program). Newsletter recip ients can also correct their data , such as their e-mail address, at a later date. The Privacy policy  of SendinBlue only available on their website.

In this context, we would like to point out that cookies are used on SendinBlue ‘s websites and that personal data is therefore processed by SendinBlue, its partners and the service providers used (e.g. Google Analytics)  processed. Cancellation/revocation

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applicable from May 25, 2018, we inform you that the consents to the sending of e-mail addresses are based on Art.6  Sect. 1 lit. a, 7 DSGVO and §7 2 no. 3, resp. para. 3 UWG takes place. Stripe Payment, Stripe (for short) uses a Cookie with the ID “__stripe_mid”.
